Working at Hombre is more than just working at a barbershop. This is a creative fantasy Realm of mythic grooming. Followers and chair fillers need not apply.
So whether a barber or support staff around these parts, Gaardians need to be fast and fluid, quick witted and quick on their feet. Their minds must be able to stretch far beyond the walls.


This job is not completing assigned tasks, it is finding problems and pain points, finding solutions, and implementing the crap out of them. It’s knowing what people need before they do and delivering it to them more fervently than they ever thought possible.
We are proud to have built a diverse shop with all sorts of people, but the thing that every one of them have in common is an insatiable passion and drive to make things better, whether that be the hair, the products, the experience, or anything in between. Particularly if done in a manner that is almost irresponsibly fun.
